The Y7 Subject Parents evening will take place on the calendared date, Thursday 22^nd April, via video call. Appointments for video calls should be booked through the Parents Evening system via the Remote Login part of the school website.

Each appointment will last five minutes, after which the system will end the call in preparation for the next appointment. The five minute duration allows for sufficient appointments to be available to satisfy demand and has proven to be an appropriate amount of time for progress conversations.

The video call  technology is an integrated part of the appointment booking system and as such only requires you to log back into that site on the evening to meet remotely with teachers. This can be done using any device with a camera and microphone.

There is no need for a username or password to access the booking system, you will simply be asked to enter information linked to yourself and your child, as held on the school system, to log on.
